Reports

SLA Reports

These reports consume data from SNMP, WAN failover, site heartbeat and logs and is a great way to measure service availability against SLA targets.

Reports are delivered to users automatically.

Create Your First Schedule

If you don't see a list of SLA Reports that you've already created on this page, click Add New to create your first one.

Enter a name for your new report, select a Business Hours policy from the drop-down menu, configure the settings and options you want, and tick the box next to those MikroTik devices that you'd like the report to be applied to. Finally click Create Report to create the new report and return you to the listing page.

From the list of existing reports, you can add new reports by clicking on the "+" icon (plus sign), edit existing reports by clicking on their names in the list, or delete them by clicking the trashcan icon or from the edit page.

You can manually run a report by clicking on the icon that looks like a rocket ship. Selected a date range and then click Continue to generate the report.

Note

Note that you'll need to create a Business Hours policy before creating a SLA Report.

Schedules

Create Your First Schedule

If you don't see a list of schedules that you've already created on this page, click Add New to create your first one. Enter a name for your new schedule, select a Business Hours policy from the drop-down menu, configure the settings and options you want, and tick the box next to those MikroTik devices that you'd like the schedule to be applied to. Finally click Create Report Schedule to create the new schedule and return you to the schedule listing page.

Note that you'll need to create a Business Hours policy before creating a Report Schedule.

Business Hours

This page allows you to create and manage your "business hours" policies. Business hour policies can be used in firewall rules, content filtering policies, notification policies and SLA reports. They act as time constraints to toggle services or rules and to calculate downtime.

Create Your First Business Hours Policy

If you don't see a list of the policies that you've already created, click Add New to one. Enter a name for your new policy, select a time zone, and then set which days and times you want. Finally click Create Business Hour Policy to create the new policy and return you to the list.

From the list of existing policies, you can add new policies by clicking on the "+" icon (plus sign), edit existing policies by clicking on their names in the list, or delete them by clicking the trashcan icon or from the edit page.

Note

Note that you'll need to create one of these policies before you create Report Schedule or SLA Report.
